HOW THE MILLET & SEED MIX WAS BORN
An Indian kitchen is incomplete without its namkeen. So was ours...except that our nutritionist mom, very conscious of what we were popping every time we felt like binging on something, gave a healthy twist to the traditional chiwda, to create this nutrient dense, super snack - the Millet & Seed mix.
That is when she came up with the recipe of a nutrient-rich snack that we could enjoy every time we were looking for something to just binge on between meals. A mix of ingredients that have been known to help those fighting issues like anemia, digestion, diabetes, weight loss, and hypertension, feel free to snack on...100% guilt free!
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container
Protein pop bhel -
Combine -
- 3/4th cup steamed sprouts
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 2 tbsp chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup SuperPops
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy your protein-rich bhel!
